Welcome to American Dream (the “App”), a mobile application that presents questions divided into categories for users to read and answer during social play. These Terms of Service govern your use of the App and related services. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use the App
The App includes content intended for mature audiences. By using the App you confirm you meet the age requirements for your territory (typically 17+ or 18+). If you are under the required age, do not use the App.

License to use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control.

User content and conduct
You must not use the App to promote hate, violence, harassment, illegal activities, or distribute unlawful or sexually exploitative material. We may suspend or block access for violations.

Payments, purchases and restoring purchases
The App may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock full content. All purchases are processed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds are handled by the store. Use the "Restore Purchase" option to recover purchases.

Intellectual property
All material in the App is owned by or licensed to the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without permission.

Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties. We disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from use of the App.

Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

Termination
We may terminate access to the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App stops immediately.

Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
